Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County (HBA) awarded Wayne Holt of Reward Builders as the 2009 Home Builder of the Year
Richard Gaylord, HBA President, says "The selection of the Builder of the Year is one of the most difficult each year. This winner must demonstrate the high standards of our association and play an active part within our organization. Wayne Holt has the HBA resume that shows he has done it all and keeps the association’s best interest at heart.”
Holt serves on the Board of Directors, the Parade of Homes Committee, and the Education Committee. Last year, he successfully chaired Grill N’ Chili Cook Off Challenge, a new event for the HBA.

Congratulations to HBA because I know that they do their best for getting this achievements. But as of now I'm finding the best Custom Home Builders in Orange County because I live on this place. I'm sure that there was a great home builder here because I saw those houses here that was very elegant in design.
